Asian studies program at Sacramento State University and KLCCSac are delighted to invite all who are interested in Korean culture and history to our "Korea Stories" series. This is a collaborative public lecture series aimed at Sac State students and the KLCCSac community, and the general public with an interest in Korea. Our program will cover Korean history, culture, media, social issues, and more, providing a rich and comprehensive exploration through lectures, documentary screenings, and interactive discussions.
The third event will focus on 'Pachinko' by Min Jin Lee, a finalist of the National Book Award. We encourage you to read the book ahead of time and join us for a lively discussion! Please note, this event will be conducted in English and no translation services will be provided.
