​This session is focused on helping participants and community members start the year with clarity, intention, and a practical plan for growth for the year 2026.

​We’ll explore how to break big career goals into manageable quarterly milestones, align personal growth with professional priorities, and build habits that support consistent progress over time. The session will also introduce how the KwaraBuild! Women in Tech community will support members throughout the year through shared learning, accountability, and access to opportunities.

​Participants will reflect on where they are in their careers, define what “growth” means to them this year, and leave with a clearer direction for the first quarter.
