HRC Fit: Strength Training with Cherise @ The Training Lane
Saturday, June 21
11:00 AM
HRC Fit is a four-part wellness series created to support movement, recovery, strength, and overall well-being through intentional community experiences.
Please note that this space is intentionally created for Black women. We ask that you respect and honor this as a safe space to run, connect, and engage.
Across the series, we’ll move through mobility, strength training, conversations around hormonal health, and recovery practices designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and each other — both in running and in everyday life.
This session focuses on strength training with Cherise at The Training Lane.
Strength training is an important part of building a balanced and sustainable relationship with movement. Whether you’re training for races, looking to prevent injury, improve endurance, or feel stronger in everyday life, this session is designed to help make strength training feel approachable, supportive, and community-driven.
Led by Cherise and hosted at The Training Lane, participants will explore:
foundational movement patterns
proper form and technique
strength for runners
sustainable training practices
building confidence in the gym environment
This session welcomes all experience levels.
Each HRC Fit experience is rooted in accessibility, community care, and creating space to explore wellness in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and sustainable.
Whether you join us for one session or commit to the full series, HRC Fit is an invitation to slow down, learn, move, recover, and grow together.
