​Please submit the projects at 5 PM on https://hackathons.crewbasecollective.com/

​Build an Zero Human startup powered by a team of AI agents. Phase 1 is the foundation; Phase 2 is where you turn it into a functioning company.

​Phase one is in Person from 10 AM to 6 PM and phase to is continuation of Phase 1 till October 11 with Demos in different location in SF having prizes for both Phases

​Refer to the Discord documentation for detailed instructions on sponsor tools and how they should be used.

​Phase 1 — Build Day

​In Person | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

​Build 3 to 5 specialized AI agents across areas such as:

  • ​Product

  • ​Research

  • ​GTM

  • ​Sales

  • ​Marketing

  • ​Strategy

​Your agents should work together through real workflows, not operate as standalone chatbots.

​12:00 – 1:00 | Kickoff & Sponsor Demos

  • ​Challenge briefing

  • ​Sponsor tool demos

  • ​Team setup and Q&A

​1:00 – 5:00 | Build Sprint
Build the foundation of your startup:

  • ​Identify and validate a problem

  • ​Build a simple working MVP

  • ​Create your initial AI agents

  • ​Define your business model and GTM

  • ​Prepare your demo and pitch

​5:00 – 7:00 | Judging
Demo your startup and pitch to judges.

​6:00 – 8:00 | Final Demos & Winners
Demo your startup and pitch to judges.

​Phase 1 prizes are awarded after judging.

​Completion of Phase 1 is required to continue to Phase 2.


​Phase 2 — Build the Zero Human Company

​October 7–11 | Online + In Person

​Take your Phase 1 MVP and turn it into a functioning AI-native startup. You can build more then 5 agents now.

​During Phase 2:

  • ​Build and connect your AI organization

  • ​Improve the product

  • ​Launch and test with users

  • ​Execute your GTM strategy

  • ​Collect feedback and iterate

  • ​Prepare an investor-ready pitch

​October 11 — Final Demos & Review

​Selected Teams may present in person at participating locations for final demos and judging.

​Final judging will consider the product, AI organization, execution, validation, GTM, traction, and final pitch.

​Phase 2 has its own prizes and awards.
