Orkes Shift
Built for Workflows. Ready for agents.
The Agentic Orchestration Conference for engineers building production systems
Most companies don't get to start over. The processes already running the business, order processing, claims, customer onboarding, media processing, fraud detection, data pipelines, still have to run while agentic capabilities get added on top. The hard part isn't building the agent. It's making both operate as one system.
Orkes Shift is a one day event for the engineers, architects, and platform leads making that shift now. Orkes is built on Conductor, the orchestration engine created at Netflix and now running business critical workflows at LinkedIn, Twilio, StoneX, and Bumble. It gives you a single durable execution layer for workflows, agents, services, and humans.
What we'll cover:
How teams are extending existing business processes with agentic steps instead of rebuilding them
Durability, explainability, and determinism when non-deterministic components enter a deterministic process
Human in the loop approvals, long running state, and failure handling at scale
Customer stories from teams running traditional and agentic workflows side-by-side in production
Open source unfair advantage
