Join one of two coach-led workout sessions, meet people across the ecosystem, and hang out over drinks between sessions. Go all out or take it easy — all fitness levels are welcome, and movements can be scaled for everyone.

The first workout starts at 1:00 PM sharp, so please arrive early if you're joining the first session.

What to bring

Workout clothes, clean indoor training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

All equipment and coaching are provided. Drinks are on us, and a limited number of Monad shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
