From Stuck to Flow: Designing Work that Works
Ready for work to be more enjoyable AND productive?
This 5-week program is for people who want more than a surface-level understanding of Working Genius — and who are ready to make real, sustainable changes to how their work works.
Meeting weekly for 5 weeks, we'll explore the 6 Types of Working Genius and how they show up in human-centric organizations, teams, and individual roles. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what energizes you, what drains you, and how work can be designed to support both people and outcomes.
Together, we’ll look at how work actually flows — from idea to execution — and where friction, burnout, and misalignment will creep in for you. You’ll examine your own responsibilities, collaboration patterns, and team dynamics, then actively experiment with and plot out new ways of structuring work that better align with your genius.
This is not a lecture series. It’s a facilitated, reflective, and practical experience. You’ll work alongside a small group of human-oriented people, learn from their perspectives, and leave with clear, individualized action plans. These will give a detailed outline for how you’ll approach your work differently and how you’ll collaborate more effectively with others going forward.
You’ll walk away with:
A deep, practical understanding of your Working Genius
Tools to actively challenge and prevent burnout
New language for understanding collaboration and team friction
Concrete action plans for your individual work and (where applicable) your team
A community of people who care about human-first ways of working
