Claude Dashboard for CEOs and Heads of Departments
You can read about AI all day. At some point, you need to actually learn how to use it.
We are now at a rather interesting point in the AI journey.
Most executives have heard about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI agents, automation and everything else that seems to appear every Tuesday morning.
Many are already using AI.
But there is a big difference between using AI to write an email and understanding how to use AI as part of the way you actually run your business.
That is the gap this workshop is designed to close.
Learn AI by actually building something
On 22 August 2026, the Claude Malaysia Community is bringing together CEOs and Heads of Departments at CO3 Puchong for a practical, hands on introduction to the Claude Dashboard.
This is designed specifically for non technical business leaders.
You do not need to know how to code.
You do not need a technical background.
You do need a laptop, an open mind and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Because listening to someone explain AI for six hours is one thing.
Opening Claude and building something yourself is another.
Why should leaders learn this themselves?
Because AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday business.
If you are responsible for people, budgets, operations, strategy, sales, finance, marketing or decision making, you do not necessarily need to become an AI engineer.
But you should understand what these tools can actually do.
You should know what is possible.
You should know what is not.
And most importantly, you should be able to experiment with AI yourself rather than waiting for somebody else to explain it to you.
That is increasingly becoming a leadership skill.
What will you actually do?
This is not a room where you sit quietly while someone clicks through a PowerPoint presentation.
You build.
Bring your laptop and follow along as you create a working Claude dashboard that can support your own business and departmental needs.
Instead of another generic demonstration, you will work with your own priorities, metrics and workflows.
Think strategic planning.
Data analysis.
Management information.
Department workflows.
Cross functional coordination.
Decision support.
The objective is simple:
Take something you currently spend time thinking about, analysing or managing and explore how Claude can help you do it differently.
No coding. No complicated technology stack.
You are not being trained to become a developer.
You are learning how to become a more capable AI enabled leader.
The workshop is designed to make the technology approachable and practical, particularly for executives who may have been watching the AI revolution from the sidelines and thinking:
“Right. But how do I actually use this in my business?”
This is your chance to find out.
What will you leave with?
Not another PDF sitting somewhere in your Downloads folder.
Not a notebook full of things you intend to try someday.
You will leave with practical experience using Claude and a working dashboard that you can continue developing after the workshop.
More importantly, you should leave with a better understanding of how to think about AI in your own organisation.
Because the real advantage is not the dashboard.
It is knowing what to ask AI to do next.
Who is this for?
This workshop is particularly relevant if you are a:
• CEO or business owner • Head of Department • Senior manager • Operations leader • Finance leader • Marketing or sales leader • HR leader • Technology curious executive • Non technical professional who wants practical AI skills
You do not need previous Claude experience.
You do not need programming skills.
You simply need to be ready to learn.
