• ​Capture the desired future, essential context, and signs of success in a concise opportunity brief.

• ​See how advancements in today’s most powerful AI models and tools support ideation and building directly from Goal and Experience-focused Opportunity Briefs.

His helped launch of more than 75 products and services for companies including GE, IBM, Moen, Cleveland Clinic, Steris, and Canadian Tire. He now focuses his product strategy and service design expertise to the redesign of work with AI.
