Join us for an intimate evening at the Hanwha AI Center in San Francisco, a workshop-style session designed for founders, operators, career pivoters, who are navigating what's next and need real feedback to get there.
Inspired by lean startup principles, this is not a panel. Not a networking mixer. You'll bring your project, your problem, or your pivot — and leave with sharper thinking, honest feedback, and a clearer path forward.
The format is simple:
→ Submit something real you're working on or thinking about as part of your application
→ We’ll pull out shared themes and workshop it in a small group setting
→ Iterate in real time with peers who get it
→ Walk away with the collective intelligence captured in slides
Facilitated by My Luu, Head of Culture at The AI Collective and Holly Uber, Innovation Catalyst, hosted at the Hanwha AI Center.

About the Hosts
My Luu is an organizational psychologist and 2x founder with nearly 20 years building people infrastructure inside organizations, from startups to global corporations. She co-founded a nonprofit focused on organizational change, and built an AI-powered career development game to help young adults land their first job. Known for leading technology change that's impacted over 16 million people, she's on a mission to build human-first, AI-native organizations at scale, sustainably. Today she serves on the global leadership team at The AI Collective as Head of Culture.
Holly Uber is a product and innovation leader focused on responsible AI, digital health, and ecosystem building. She advises startups and organizations on product strategy, governance, and translating emerging technology into practical impact.
