

Boxing Basics with Mindful Warriors
In this session, led by Nikolai and Ekaterina, the founders of Mindful Warriors, you’ll get to understand the fundamentals of boxing- stance, footwork, punches, coordination and combine them with some defense techniques that will help you to stay aware, confident, and in control.
Whether you’re new to boxing or looking to build practical skills, this session strengthens both body and mind through mindful movement and technique training.
What to expect:
Warm-up & mobility
Basic boxing techniques (jab, cross, guard, footwork etc)
Defense basics (distance, awareness, simple escapes etc)
Shadowboxing & partner drills
Mindful breathing & focus
Conditioning + cool down
Who can join?
Everyone – no previous experience required.
What to bring?
