About Event

Our first AI GTM session filled the room, continued well past the scheduled end time, and left us with one clear request: go deeper on what happens after a company finds its first real customers. Your first 10 customers show that demand exists. Reaching the next 100 requires a growth system that can be measured, funded, and repeated.

Speakers of the night:

We’re excited to welcome four experts with deep experience across content-led growth, brand building, community-led growth, and GTM execution:

  • Jo Zhang — Founding Member, Product & GTM, ComfyUI

    • One of the top AI content & open source community in the world, with more than 4M users.

  • Eric Lay — CEO, Virio

    • Attention is all you need. B2B content for employee. Sharing how to go viral on LinkedIn and gain customers

  • Adam Cai — CEO & Co-Founder, Numix

    • Scaling in AI Tax Agent product, sharing the growth of businesses transformation in Finance

  • Mayur Sethi — CRO, Fractional

    • Experienced GTM professional, bridging customers and business in the B2B field.

This time we're bringing together founders and GTM operators who have actually made the 10→100 transition, to talk about what worked, what was a false positive, and what they'd do differently.

At this stage, the questions become more specific:

  • For AI B2B products, how should teams balance near-term pipeline with compounding channels such as content, SEO/GEO, partnerships, and enterprise sales? What evidence determines where to scale or stop spending?

  • For B2C and subscription companies, is retention strong enough to support more acquisition? Which activation, cohort retention, renewal, and LTV/CAC signals show that growth can compound?

This session is designed around those decisions.

When you register, tell us the most important growth decision your company needs to make in the next 90 days. We’ll use attendee submissions to shape the conversation and answer selected questions live during the event.

What We’ll Work Through

  • Where should the next growth dollar go? Allocating budget across B2B content, SEO/GEO, outbound and enterprise sales—or B2C acquisition, activation and retention.

  • When should a channel be scaled or stopped? Setting test budgets and evaluating time-to-signal, pipeline quality, CAC, payback and attribution.

  • Is retention strong enough to support growth? Measuring B2B renewal, expansion and NRR—or B2C cohort retention, renewal and LTV/CAC.

  • How should AI products be priced? Choosing between seat-, usage-, workflow- and outcome-based pricing while protecting adoption and gross margin.

Format

  • Panel Discussion + Moderated Q&A

  • Open networking

  • 9:00 PM: Close

Who's in the room:

Founders and early GTM leads at companies that have found early traction, roughly seed to Series A/B, who are deciding where the next growth dollar and the founder's next hour should go. If you joined session #1, this picks up right where we left off. This session assumes you already have revenue.

Every registration will be reviewed so the room stays relevant and useful for everyone attending. The room only works if every seat holds someone worth learning from.

A note on RSVPs:

Seats are limited, and the value of the room depends on who is in it. Please register only if you are likely to attend. If your plans change, let us know early so we can offer the spot to another founder or operator.

Please bring your ID for check-in — entry is verified against the guest list.
