What happens when your team goes all-in on AI?
The teams shipping fastest in 2026 aren't just using AI tools - they've restructured everything around them. New workflows. New team shapes. New ways of thinking about what humans vs. agents should own.
Join us for an invite-only evening with founders who've gone down this rabbit hole.
What to Expect
🛠 Live Demos from AI-Pilled Teams
Founders will demo how they've actually set up their coding agents, what their team structures look like, and the workflows they've built around AI-first development. No theory - just demos!

💬 VC Panel: What's Next for AI-Native Building
Rachit Parekh from Accel and Nikhil Sachdev from West Star Capital will share what excites them in this space - the gaps they're seeing, where capital is flowing, and what separates hype from real transformation.
🍷 Drinks + Conversation
Meet other founders in town for SaaStr who are thinking about these same questions.
Schedule:
5:30: Doors Open // Light refreshments & networking
6 - 6:30pm: VC Panel
6:30- 7:30: Demos
7:30 - 8:30: Drinks & discussions
9:00pm - Doors close
Demo instructions:
Each person gets 3 minutes to demo one AI workflow. Either your personal workflow or your product's. Start with your introduction name, company, and who the workflow is for. Then tell us what the workflow or product does. Please don't pitch the whole company. Show one real piece of work that AI agents helps complete. Keep the demos simple: problem, workflow, result. By the end, the audience should know who this helps, what the AI does, and why the output matters.
Who This Is For
Founders and builders who are curious about - or already experimenting with - AI-native workflows. Whether you're figuring out how to optimise your workflowsn with coding agents, skills, wikis, or you've already rebuilt your entire team around them.
