Rachel brings 15+ years of business development experience across startups, SMEs and global organisations, spanning AI, IT, EdTech and Payments. In recent senior tech roles she has led high-value bids and partnerships, securing multi-million-pound contracts.
She now holds a senior bid role at a leading applied AI consultancy, giving her a front-row seat to how AI is reshaping businesses and job roles. Rachel holds a Medical Sciences degree and a Masters in Law from Leeds, and completed an XR Developer bootcamp, building apps alongside her career.
Earlier this year she launched Xtell, a free UK career intelligence platform offering honest insight into where careers stand. It covers 120+ roles, showing displacement risk, which parts of your job AI handles, rising skills and where you could move next.
