XR Crowd – UnitedXR Meetup: “Xmas Market & Frites”
Join us for a XR Crowd MeetUp in Brussels during UnitedXR! As part of the conference activation initiatives, this networking meetup will be a relaxed evening for people in XR to connect in person, talk about what we’re working on, and share early ideas for 2026. Designers, developers, researchers, and anyone involved in XR attending UnitedXR are welcome.
We’ll gather at the UnitedXR venue (Maison de la Poste, Rue Picard 5–7), and take a cozy winter walk across the canal toward the heart of Brussels’ Christmas Market, surrounded by lights, music, and festive vibes. After exploring the market together, we’ll wrap up the night at a local friterie for networking.

18:25 📍 Meet at UnitedXR entrance (Maison de la Poste, Rue Picard 5–7)
18:30 🚶🏽➡️ Walk along and across the canal
19:00 🚶🏽➡️ Visit the Christmas Market (starting at Marché aux Poissons)
19:30 - 19.35 📍 'Echoes of Colors', a five-minute video mapping show at Grand-Place, projected on the tower of the City Hall.
