About Event
Tooting High Street gets hot as a result of concrete, traffic, and packed housing. Urban heat hits harder in places like ours, and it's our most vulnerable neighbours who feel it first.
But this isn't just a Tooting problem. Every urban high street, every dense neighbourhood, faces the same challenge, and we're better at solving it together.
Join us for a practical, community-led session on what extreme heat actually means for urban communities, simple actions you can take, and how we can look out for each other when temperatures rise.
Friday 3rd July, 1–3pm
Mushkil Ihsan, 220–222 Upper Tooting Rd, 1st Floor, SW17 7EW
Free to attend for Wandsworth VCS orgs and businesses. Please share widely. Please register your attendance.
