About Event
At the workshop, Borut will share his linocut printing technique for printing on textiles.
What to expect: You’ll carve a small linoleum plate (15 × 10 cm) and print your design onto a piece of fabric you bring along. You can repeat your motif to build a pattern and cover larger areas.
What to bring: A T-shirt, kitchen towel, a patch or any other piece of fabric—then turn it into a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork. Light-coloured fabric works best.
A materials fee of 50 SEK is paid on-site. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, as you’ll likely end up with ink on your hands.
Borut Cigale Pop-Up Exhibition runs 16–17 April in STPLN. More info here: https://luma.com/tump357l
