MEDITATION SPACE

About the Event

Meditation Space is a weekly gathering devoted to collective practice, learning, and shared presence.

Every Tuesday evening, we come together to slow down, sit in silence, explore different meditation techniques, and create a space of conscious community.

Each session introduces and guides a specific meditation approach from breath awareness to body-based practices, loving-kindness, visualization, sound, or mindful inquiry. The intention is to make meditation accessible, practical, and grounded.

This is not about doing it perfectly.
It is about practicing together.

A safe and welcoming space where everyone is invited beginners and experienced practitioners alike to sit, learn, and share.


What to Expect

  • Guided meditation practices (different techniques each week)

  • Short practical explanations

  • Silent sitting

  • Space for questions and sharing

  • A respectful, calm, and intimate atmosphere

Language: English mostly

Duration: 1 hour


This is for you if

  • You are curious about meditation but don’t know where to start

  • You have a practice and want consistency and community

  • You want to learn different techniques in a grounded way

  • You value a safe space to sit in silence with others

  • You enjoy reflective conversation and shared learning

Everybody is welcome. No previous experience needed.


How to Prepare & Guidelines

Before the session

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • Bring comfortable clothing

During the experience

  • Phones off

  • Respectful silence during practice

  • Consent and mindful communication during sharing

  • Alcohol and drug-free space

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water bottle

  • Journal (optional)


Facilitator

Sabina Medina

Co-founder of Samanà Space and meditation facilitator dedicated to creating grounded, accessible spaces for presence and self-inquiry. Through mindfulness, embodied awareness, and collective practice, she supports people in building sustainable meditation habits and reconnecting with clarity, compassion, and inner steadiness.
