• ​Dive into the concept of ‘Inner Critic’ where we’ll identify, name, and address your voice of self-doubt

• ​An exploration to build more self-trust by dissolving old beliefs and cultivating more generative thoughts

• ​Design an action plan to turn big dreams into micro messy actions you can walk away with
