start your weekend slow and intentional with saturday reset. a morning ice bath and sauna social designed to help you feel good and meet new people without pressure.
we’ll be taking over icehouse bkk, a rooftop sauna and ice bath space at fig lobby. expect guided ice bath rotations, sauna + warm pools, and plenty of dry space to relax, chat, and reset between rounds.
this isn’t a workout or a challenge. it’s about balance, connection, and easing into the weekend together. come solo or with friends.
