About Event

If you’re leading innovation inside a large organization, you know the challenge isn’t generating ideas—it’s surviving long enough to make them matter. The real struggle? Your executives understand execution, but innovation requires a completely different playbook. One that most corporate systems aren’t designed to support.

The question isn’t whether you can innovate. It’s whether you can manage up to create the conditions where innovation can thrive.

Innovation, in its essence, is a leadership problem. And our next session will help you overcome it.

🔍 This Month’s Session

We’re excited to welcome Robyn Bolton, author of Unlocking Innovation and founder of MileZero. Robyn is an Innosight alumna who launched Swiffer at Procter & Gamble. She spent nine years at Clayton Christensen’s innovation consulting firm, helping Fortune 100 companies navigate the messy reality of corporate innovation.

Robyn knows that 90% of corporate innovation teams are shut down within three years. And instead of fighting the status quo, she's designed a process around this three-year innovation lifecycle—breaking down exactly what you need to accomplish in Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 to build an innovation function that actually survives and delivers results.

Her holistic approach addresses the three elements you must build simultaneously to deliver results:

  • ARCHITECTURE: How to build strategy, define structures and processes, set up governance, metrics, and incentives that enhance innovation workflows?

  • BEHAVIOR: How to mold mindsets, set motivations and aspirations, and ultimately guide behaviors?

  • CULTURE: How to set innovation-focused values demonstrated through behavior that must co-exist with existing cultures?

You'll get access to a practitioner’s playbook built on 25 years in the trenches, with battle-tested frameworks. They are designed specifically for enterprise innovators who need to make their case to leadership teams that speak the language of quarterly results, not experimental learning.

🗓️ Agenda:
