d.MBA Sessions: Who Gets to Decide?
An evening workshop for designers to build their voice, judgement and influence around AI.
AI is changing how decisions get made. What gets built, where AI gets used and why can move quickly, sometimes before design is properly part of the conversation.
We think designers should have a say.
Join us at Sea Lanes in Brighton for a friendly, practical evening about building the judgement, language and confidence to participate in those decisions.
We’ll start with a short panel, then get hands-on with Melin Edomwonyi’s Navigating AI Politics for Design Leads & Product Teams, working in small groups to put the ideas into practice.
You’ll leave with a practical AI decision checklist, language for better stakeholder conversations, and your own written manifesto for what you will and won’t advocate for.
Wednesday 23 September, 6pm to 9pm
Sea Lanes, Brighton
40 places, £30 + VAT
Food and a drink included
Arrive from 6pm for grazing tables from Wood X Coal, a drink and a chance to meet everyone. We’ll start the panel promptly at 6:30pm.
