A masterclass on Reflective Leadership with Arif Bobat.
Arif is an experienced Leadership and Team Coach who delights in cultivating safe, positive, and trusting environments. His passions include team culture, and supporting leaders through periods of change. As Director and Co-Founder of Humble Associates he remains passionate about the power of Agility in Leadership. Specifically, through Humble Associates, where he focuses on the power of leadership in creating a culture of Agility, continuous improvement and more. Through their leadership development programmes, coaching and tailored experiences they’ve supported leaders from a range of industries in transitioning to a new form of leadership, Agile Leadership. Arif holds an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation alongside various Agile certifications from ICAgile and the Scrum Alliance.
What will we cover?
We believe that a leader who doesn’t reflect can’t be effective in their role. Agile Leadership is based around reflective practice as a fundamental skill. Leaders who are unable to reflect on themselves, their leadership style, how they act/behave and their impact on others can never be a high-performant leader let alone a leader at all.
In this session we’ll explore participants' perspective on our opening statement (above), and ensure they leave with tools to take away and implement in their day to day work. Key outcomes are as follows: Outcome 1: Understand how I'm leading now Outcome 2: Understand the impact of how I lead currently Outcome 3: Articulate how I will lead differently
