From Potential to Leadership
An evening of bold conversations, powerful leadership stories, and meaningful connection with professional Iranian women in Canada navigating leadership and growth across AI, technology, healthcare, research, venture, innovation, and beyond.
Hosted by Kajé at Georgian's office, this gathering brings together ambitious Iranian women across different stages of their professional journeys to explore what leadership truly looks like - through the realities of identity, ambition, resilience, growth, and breaking barriers.
The evening begins with keynote reflections from Annahid Dashtgard on redefining leadership and navigating professional spaces as women from underrepresented communities. Through a dynamic multi-industry panel discussion, we’ll then dive into the real journeys behind careers across AI, research, tech, and innovation.
Together, we’ll explore:
Navigating leadership across tech, venture, research, and innovation ecosystems
Breaking barriers as immigrant and underrepresented women
Career pivots, defining moments, and lessons learned
Building confidence, visibility, influence, and long-term impact
This evening is designed to be both inspiring and deeply energizing - as always, creating space for authentic connection, meaningful conversations, and a stronger sense of belonging among women shaping the future across STEM and beyond.
