jones street salon: hibernation mode
It's getting dark before dinner, your couch is looking increasingly appealing, and suddenly staying in feels like the best plan you've made all week. Hibernation season is upon us.
As we retreat indoors, are we protecting our energy and practicing self-care, or isolating ourselves and slipping into lethargy? Where's the line between healthy rest and withdrawal? And how is technology changing the ways we recharge, spend our energy, and stay connected?
If these questions get your gears turning, join me for an intimate dinner and lively conversation with a small group of smart, curious, creative folks.
A few details:
LOGISTICS: We'll be gathering a little earlier than usual, starting at 5:30pm in a private room at a restaurant on the Lower East Side. Dinner will be approximately $125 per person, including tax and gratuity. Drinks are additional.
ATTENDANCE: Space is limited, so please register to request a spot. I'll be curating the guest list to bring together an interesting mix of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. You'll receive a confirmation once your spot is approved.
