• ​Spot the repeat admin, handoffs, delays, and errors that are taking time from your week

• ​Choose what to address first by looking at frequency, impact, effort, and risk

• ​Compare doing it manually, simplifying the process, using tools you already have, adding an automation, or using AI—along with cost, upkeep, and human review

​Live business walkthrough

​We'll audit an example business together, identify a few opportunities, choose one workflow to address first, and compare tool options for that specific job. We'll also look at how to judge whether the change is worthwhile.

• ​First 5 minutes: meet Callum and hear about his experience with business operations and automation

• ​Next 45 minutes: learn the principles, audit and prioritise workflows, compare tools, and work through the live example

• ​Final 10 minutes: open Q&A about applying these ideas to your business
