Build, Demo, and Take Home a Working AI Support Bot

​Learn to build an AI support bot that answers questions, guides users through a task, and connects them with a human when needed.

​Join professionals, students, and developers for a hands-on evening using eGain. Build individually or in teams of up to three, with mentors available to help.

• ​5:30–6:00 — Check-in, welcome, and team formation

• ​6:00–7:00 — Dinner and educational talk with a live demonstration

• ​7:00–8:00 — Build, test, publish, and submit

• ​8:00–8:20 — Demos and judging

• ​8:20–8:30 — On-the-spot awards and closing

​$750 in cash prizes and $50,000 in eGain AI Knowledge+Agent resources to give away

​Participants receive one year of free access to designated eGain services. Complete the assessment to earn an eGain Certified badge for LinkedIn. With consent, attendees and submissions will be featured on eGain’s website and LinkedIn.

​Judging will focus on usefulness, reliability, creativity, and effective use of eGain.

​Come prepared

​Loaner laptops will be available, or bring your own laptop and charger. Account setup instructions will be shared beforehand. Review the hackathon framework and bring content you’re authorized to use or start with the provided examples.
