​🤩 Registration will open on 08 October 2025 at 12:00 hr and will close on 26 October 2025 at 23:59 hr, or earlier if all spots are taken

​💵 A fee of $300.00/team is applicable

​📧 Invoice and payment details for the registration fee will be provided separately, and your spot in the competition will only be confirmed once the registration fee has been received

​📋 All participants are encouraged to complete the GAQ pre-screening tool (click here) to self-assess their readiness for physical activity and identify any underlying health risks before taking part in the event.

​📄 All participants are required to complete and submit the electronic Waiver and Indemnity Form before the Event. Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain consent from their parents or guardians prior to the Event. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation.
