1. ​Topics & Discussion Short slides, demos, and open discussion. Seeded topics below; add your own at registration.

   • ​Models — Which model for which job (intelligence personality / capabilities etc.), and what you've learned.

   • ​Harnesses & Custom Tooling — Claude Code, Codex, Pi — or building your own harness and agent tooling.

   • ​Interfaces — CLIs, desktop apps, custom UIs — and agents in shared channels (Claude Tag): is the channel the new interface?

   • ​Environments & Going Local — Local, managed cloud, VPS/intranet; self-hosting and running open-source models.

   • ​Workflows & Evals — How you structure agent workflows, when an agent vs. a plain API call, and how you know it's actually working.

   • ​Autonomy & Multi-Agent — What you let run unattended, multi-agent setups, and self-learning loops.

2. ​Structured Connections We create a setting to connect you 1-on-1 with others who share your interests and topics.

3. ​Drinks & Connect Open conversation over drinks. We close the space around 21:00 and continue at the nearby "Trödler" bar.
