Bring stickers to swap if you’d like, and we’ll have everything you need to craft your own snail mail or add pages to your junk journal. Sift through our massive magazine and ephemera collection, put your new stickers to use, chat with Jenna, and make new friends!
All materials and a complimentary bev included. Snacks and copies of the book will be available for purchase.

Jenna O’Brien is an illustrator and the writer of the best-selling Design publication, Feeling Magazine. Her debut sticker book “The Joy of Stickers” features 500 hand-drawn illustrations meant to inspire a lifestyle of creativity – whether that be letter-writing, junk journaling, or decorating your space.
What can I expect from a club at RecCreate?
We design all of our clubs at RecCreate to feel like going over to a friends apartment for a craft hang where they took care of grabbing all the materials and show you the basics before the music starts bumping! Our emphasis is on process, play and community building, with conversation prompts throughout.
As with all RecCreate events, you can expect to go on this journey with a room full of lovely strangers. We’ll offer opportunities for connection throughout our time— encouraging the spirit of the collective. It is (so) much more fun to get to create together.
Getting Here
The venue is a ~hidden~ art studio located at 20 Grand ave in brooklyn on the 6th floor of a commercial building! When you arrive, buzz #604, push to open and take the elevator up to 6 (push the elevator button until it turns red.!!) Take a right out of the elevator, and a left at the end of the hallway. The door will be the first one on your right.
Cancelation Policy
Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket swap board. Just tell them to use your name!

Though we do our best to keep all photography / video to a minimum, please note all guests who attend consent to being photographed and videoed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes at the discretion of RecCreate Collective.
Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
