


OCHO Free Open Session + KEEN Wellbeing
About the Event
Join us for the exciting Open Session of OCHO Training Club – open to all levels!
Special: After our free OCHO workout we will head over to KEEN Wellbeing where we will get a guided class from them (sauna, ice bath, breathwork). The KEEN class will not be for free but as OCHO Community we will get a special price.
The Open Session is a community event designed for everyone. Newcomers get an inside look and can train together with the community. Whether you’re a complete beginner or advanced, we all train side by side and support each other.
This two-hour session combines skill training and strength exercises. You choose what you want to focus on and set your own priorities — whether that’s learning a muscle-up, improving your pull-ups, working on your handstand, or trying out a front lever.
The session is all about building strength, body awareness, and community spirit — a chance to grow together and elevate your training.
What to bring for OCHO:
Sport Clothes: Comfortable athletic wear so you can move freely.
Good Attitude: Be ready to have fun and embrace the community spirit!
What to bring for KEEN:
Bring a swimsuit, a water bottle, and an extra towel if you like - one will be provided, you can always get another for a small top-up.
