​New year, new you? Take a post-holiday breather with us at Flow & Frost - our first Pilates event of the year!

​We’ll begin with a one-hour mat Pilates class led by one of Culture Studios’ wonderful instructors, designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. After class, stay and mingle during our social hour featuring hot chocolate courtesy of Edill’s Coffee House!

​Each guest will also receive a goodie bag to take home as a thank-you for joining us filled with goodies, discounts and healthy snacks from our AMAZING sponsors.
