About Olga Shirokova
Olga Shirokova is an EdTech entrepreneur and the CEO and co-founder of arol.dev and Kiara, and a Mentor of Innovation at ESADE University.
With a background in strategy consulting and business development, she went on to build Kiara into one of Spain’s largest women’s health communities - helping women better understand their bodies and symptoms, from hormonal changes to conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis.
Today, Olga leads and grows arol.dev, a boutique technology training and consulting company known for starting with the “why” behind every initiative. Rather than jumping straight into delivery, arol.dev investigates root causes and then drives meaningful change - whether that’s transforming an engineering department for higher impact, implementing a complex tech system, shaping high performance teams, onboarding software engineers or upskilling senior executives in tech strategy. Her work spans complex domains including cloud, DevOps, web and mobile development, and AI.
Olga is recognized for building companies from zero to sustainable growth without external investment, with a strong focus on product–market fit and self-sustaining business models. She also brings deep experience bridging business and technology, aligning cross-functional teams, cultivating high-level talent, and building partnerships across the ecosystem.
