One of One × Launch by Lunch: Solo Founder Coworking Day

​At our first One of One, a few questions kept coming up from nontechnical solo founders:

​How much can I actually build with AI?
How do investors view solo founders and vibe-coded products?
When do I need someone technical involved?
Do I need a technical co-founder, founding engineer, offshore team… or just someone to review my code?

​So that’s what we’re exploring.

​We’re excited to partner with Launch by Lunch, who is generously hosting this One of One coworking day at SYNERGY. They’ll also be leading the noon AI + vibe coding session for nontechnical founders.

​Here’s what the day will look like:

Who are you, what are you building, and what are you committing to getting done today?

​💰 10:30–12:00 | Investor + Technical Conversations
Loosely structured conversations and lots of Q&A with an angel investor and an experienced CTO around solo founders, AI/vibe coding, fundraising, and when/how to bring technical talent into your company.

Hands-on AI + vibe coding programming info for nontechnical founders, hosted by Karen Kelly and Ariel

​💻 1:00 - 4:00 | Deep Focus + Office Hours
Then we stop talking and actually build. Bring your laptop, pick the thing you’ve been procrastinating on, tell the group what you’re going to finish — and get it done. Optional investor and technical 1:1 office hours will also be available.

​At the end of the day, we’ll check back on what everyone actually accomplished. Because One of One isn’t meant to be another networking event where we collect LinkedIn connections and go home with more things on our to-do lists.

​It’s a community for people building alone without having to build in isolation.
