Monthly B Call with Aida Coaching
Burnout prevention and recovery is quiet work. Most of it happens out of sight, which can make it feel oddly isolating — even when you're doing exactly what you need to be doing.
This monthly call is a space to bring that work somewhere.
We'll hear what's surfacing for each other, ask the questions that don't fit neatly into the modules, and talk honestly about what's working and what's still hard.
There's a reason this matters beyond connection. Burnout is, at its root, a nervous-system issue. Recovery happens faster in safe environments, and safety is built more easily in the presence of others doing the same work. Co-regulation — the way one settled nervous system helps another settle — is one of the most underestimated tools in burnout recovery. Hearing someone else describe what you've been quietly carrying lowers shame and tells your system: this is human, not personal failure.
It won't be a teaching session. It will be a conversation.
Come as you are that day.
