Pitch Guidelines
Duration: 3-5 minutes max
Structure: Problem, Solution, Progress, Ask
Be concise: Practice getting to the point quickly
State your ask: What feedback do you want? What help do you need?
Iterate: Use feedback to improve for next week
Feedback Framework
When giving feedback, consider:
What's compelling? What made you interested?
What's unclear? Where did you lose the thread?
What questions do you have? What would a potential customer/investor ask?
What would make it stronger? Specific, actionable suggestions
