Forward Deployed SF
Limited to 12 people who own customer deployments. One table. One evening.
No speaker, no panel, no slides.
Everyone brings one decision they made on a deployment and how it turned out. Something you'd do the same way again, or something you wouldn't.
The premise: nobody at your company does your job. You're the one translating between a customer's mess and your product's roadmap, scoping pilots that have to survive to renewal, and deciding when to build the custom thing versus when to hold the line. The people who've made those same calls all work somewhere else.
This is a room of them.
Who this is for:
People who own deployments end to end at technical products. Titles vary and don't matter much: Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Deployed PM, Customer Engineer, Solutions Architect. If you're the person the customer calls when it breaks, and the person your PM calls to ask why, you're in the right place.
Who this isn't for:
Recruiters and anyone selling to this audience. I'll be direct about that.
How it runs:
Off the record. Nothing leaves the room, nothing gets posted afterward. No company names required if you'd rather not.
Capped at twelve so it stays one conversation instead of splitting into six.
