Instead of starting from a blank template, you'll have your AI of choice interview you about a real organization in your team, then build the ladder from that conversation. You leave with a documented ladder you can actually use, and a repeatable way to build the next one.
No coding. No company tool access required. If you can copy and paste into a chat window, you can do this.
