Talk #1: Snowflake in Financial Services: From governed, regulated multi-modal data to customer 360
Abstract: Snowflake supports a vibrant ecosystem in financial services, spanning core banking analytics platforms powered by Snowflake to data and application providers and more. We will cover the latest developments and trends regarding FSI's top value-creating use cases. In a live demo, we will build a customer 360 from multi-modal data and leave with a practical blueprint for secure, intelligent financial-services applications on Snowflake.

Talk #2: From RBAC to Organizational Listings: Governed Data Sharing Across Teams and Accounts at Scale
Abstract: Sharing data internally can be as simple as granting a role access to a curated dataset. As organizations grow across teams, business domains and Snowflake accounts, however, access control alone is no longer enough.
This session explores how Snowflake’s data-sharing model evolves from RBAC and governed data layers within a single account to Secure Data Sharing, Organizational Listings and the Internal Marketplace across larger account estates.
We will look at how database roles, masking and row access policies, discovery and approval workflows, and organization-level access history can be combined to build governed internal data products without creating unnecessary copies of the underlying data.
The session will also cover where each approach fits, where it becomes unnecessary complexity, and how the same sharing foundations can extend beyond the organization.
