Some connect with the sea through the steady rhythm of a run, some chase the swell on a surfboard, some rally communities to create change, and the answer from Yehliu Ocean World is bringing ocean literacy and education into our everyday lives. It turns out everyone finds their own way to get close to the sea.

This time, the three campuses of the NTU System are stepping out of their daily routines — leaving the tracks, the surf lineups, and the student council desks behind. We're bringing all four ways of connecting with the ocean straight to Shimen Kite Park. Facing the roaring coastal winds with sand on our hands, we’ll pull buried debris from the dunes and rocky crevices, taking real action for the waters we love.

How we approach the ocean may differ, but our resolve to protect it is the same. On Saturday evening, 11/14. Join all three campuses alongside Yehliu Ocean World as we head into the wind and stand together for the wild sea! 💪🌊

⚠️ 注意事項 | Important Notes

請自備飲用水壺，減少一次性塑膠使用。
穿著建議：石門風箏公園風大且沙灘地形多變，建議穿著不怕髒、好活動且包覆性高的包鞋（請勿穿著拖鞋或涼鞋，以防沙灘碎玻璃、漂流木或尖銳雜物傷腳）。
防曬防風：海邊無遮蔽物且海風強勁，請自備防曬用品、防風外套與雨具。
器材提供：現場將提供專業淨灘器材（手套、垃圾袋）。
天候說明：若遇惡劣天氣或風浪過大，主辦單位將於活動前 24 小時透過 Email 發送通知。
Stay Hydrated: Please bring your own reusable water bottle to help us minimize single-use plastic waste.
Dress Code: Shimen Kite Park can be windy with uneven sand terrain. Wear comfortable, sturdy, closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. (For your safety, please avoid wearing flip-flops or open sandals to protect your feet from broken glass, driftwood, or sharp debris.)
Weather Prep: There is little shade and coastal winds can be strong; please bring windbreakers, sun protection, and rain gear.
Equipment: Professional beach cleanup tools (gloves and trash bags) will be provided on-site.
Weather Updates: In the event of severe weather or rough conditions, the organizers will notify participants via email 24 hours prior to the event.
