      • Grant Application Process - hands-on practice with an active grant opportunity

      • Grant Management & Compliance

  • MODULE 2: The Art of Communicating with Impact

    • Learning objectives:

      • Mastering effective communication techniques for different business contexts and audiences

      • Developing compelling storytelling skills to engage stakeholders and drive desired outcomes

      • Building confidence in presenting ideas, pitching solutions, and leading persuasive conversations

      • Fundamentals of Impactful Communication - understanding your stakeholders & audience, message clarity, and effective delivery techniques

      • Business Storytelling & Narrative Development - hands-on practice crafting compelling business narratives

      • Presentation & Pitching Skills - practical exercises in delivering high-stakes communications

DAY II - Wednesday, 18.03.2026

  • MODULE III - Data for Business Value & Digital Transformation

    • Learning objectives:

      • Understanding how to leverage data for informed decision-making, securing funding, managing risk, and driving organizational growth

      • Developing digital literacy and awareness to effectively utilize digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies

      • Building capacity to identify, collect, analyze, and communicate data-driven insights effectively

      • Data Fundamentals - types of data, data collection methods, and data-driven decision making

      • Data Analysis & Visualization - hands-on practice with tools and techniques for interpreting and presenting data

      • Financial Data Integrity - accuracy, audit trails, and data governance in financial systems for organizational success

      • Digital Awareness & Tools - understanding the digital landscape, essential platforms, cybersecurity basics, and leveraging technology for organizational efficiency

  • MODULE IV - Inclusive Ecosystems & Measuring Impact

    • Learning objectives:

      • Understanding the importance of building inclusive and diverse organizational ecosystems

      • Developing frameworks and tools to measure social, economic, and environmental impact

      • Building capacity to design, implement, and communicate impact measurement frameworks that demonstrate value to stakeholders

      • Inclusive Ecosystems - fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational culture, partnerships, and operations

      • Impact Measurement Frameworks - Theory of Change, logic models, and impact assessment methodologies

      • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) - hands-on practice with impact tracking tools and reporting for funders and stakeholders

DAY III - Thursday, 19.03.2026

  • MODULE VI - ACCESS TO FINANCE

    • Learning objectives: To equip participants in:

      • ​Understanding different types of capital for SMEs, MSMEs and startup financing e.g. grants, debt and equity.

      • ​Understanding investment readiness requirements, budgeting and due diligence expectations by investors.

    • What the Module will cover:

      • Budgeting: Steps in budget making process Types of budgets

      • Due diligence 101: The process
        Financial DD - P&L, Balance Sheet & cash- flow statement Financial modelling

      • Fundraising: Grants Debt Equity

  • MODULE V - FINANCIAL INCLUSION

    • Learning Objectives: To equip participants in:

      • ​Understanding the role of micro and informal entrepreneurs in fostering inclusive economic growth.

      • ​Applying digital business development services to improve financial management and mitigate risks in microfinance and digital credit.

    • What the module will cover:

      • Inclusive Ecosystem and why it matters

      • ​The role of financial inclusion and moving from access to usage

      • ​A lose-lose – the current micro finance customer journey

      • ​The role of digital business development services for micro and informal businesses

Format & Duration

  • ​In-person from 9 PM - 6 PM (EAT)

  • ​Venue: To be confirmed after payment

  • ​Duration: 4 Hours/Module

  • ​Networking cocktail with Ecosystem Enablers at the end of the 3-Day program.
