​#IamRemarkable was launched at Google in 2016 by Anna Vainer and Anna Zapesochini to address the social stigma around self-promotion and help people, particularly women, overcome imposter syndrome and cultural barriers to sharing accomplishments. The initiative encourages participants to recognize and celebrate their achievements in both personal and professional contexts, fostering confidence and inclusivity

​Shannon has worked for PetSmart for 18 years and is currently a Sr. Tech Project Manager supporting PetSmart's Supply Chain. Her career has been an exciting and rewarding journey shaped by adaptability, continuous learning, and strong relationship building. She takes pride in embracing change, supporting and mentoring teams, and fostering meaningful partnerships both within and outside of my organization. Shannon is always eager to step outside her comfort zone, take on new challenges, and expand her knowledge every day.
