HealthTech Happy Hour NYC

​HealthTech Happy Hour is a community for the people behind HealthTech, bringing together founders, clinicians, operators and others building what’s next in healthcare.

​Founded by Lauren Placencia, MD, and brought to you by the SciPro HealthTech team, the community was created to bring the people shaping HealthTech closer together and make space for the conversations that do not always happen in the day-to-day.

​Our first in-person HealthTech Happy Hour is an invite-led evening built entirely around conversation. There’s no speaker, no panel and nothing anyone has to sit through. Everyone in the room has been invited because of who they are and what they’re working on, with the whole evening designed to make it easy to find and talk to the right people.

​We’re bringing together a carefully curated mix of HealthTech and digital health founders and CEOs, senior clinical leaders, and operators across product, commercial and operations, alongside a small number of HealthTech investors. Most of the room will be made up of people building and scaling companies in and around NYC, from early-stage businesses through to more established teams.

​Doors open at 6:30pm, with drinks and light bites from the start. Around 7:00pm, Lauren will share a few words on why she started HealthTech Happy Hour and where the community is headed. Then we get out of the way and let the night run itself.

​Attendance is limited and registrations are subject to approval so we can keep the right mix of people in the room.
