Exhibition Tour — What You Don’t See
Artist Tour & Conversation during the exhibition Bending Time
Join artists Valentino Vannini and Kirill Basalaev, together with Gabriel Prokofiev, for guided tour and conversation exploring selected works from the exhibition Bending Time and the archive of Oleg Prokofiev.
Rather than a traditional walkthrough, this event focuses on just one or two artworks as starting points for a wider discussion about the realities of artistic practice — the parts audiences rarely see.
The conversation will unfold around themes of failure, doubt, criticism, limited budgets, expectations versus reality, and the invisible emotional and practical labour behind making art. Through personal stories and open dialogue, the artists will reflect on the uncertainties, compromises, and discoveries that shape an artistic life.
A rare opportunity to engage closely with the artists, ask questions, and look beyond the finished artwork into the process behind it.
