Keep Control of Your Business! Financing Your Startup: Options for Non-Dilutive Capital
About
Raising money doesn’t always mean giving up equity. Most founders assume selling shares is the only way to fuel growth—but there are powerful non-dilutive funding options that can help you scale without sacrificing ownership.
In this session, we’ll break down the full landscape of alternative financing available to startups, including:
Grants
Tax Credits
Bank Financing
CDFIs
Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
Merchant Cash Advances (MCA)
You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of which options might fit your business, what investors won’t tell you about debt vs. equity, and how to use your company’s growth as leverage to access capital.
If you’re planning to raise in the next 12 months, this session is for you. Expect a practical, founder-friendly discussion with a special focus on Asset-Based Lending—what it is, how it works, and when it can unlock the next stage of your growth.
