Dmitro “Dimi” Khroma is a creative entrepreneur, engineer, and facilitator exploring leadership, creativity, and authenticity.
Former CTO & co-founder of Swytch Bike — a startup that grew to 75 employees and £20 million in annual revenue — Dimi now helps founders build from alignment, authenticity and community.
He blends startup experience, embodied facilitation, and heart-led presence to create spaces where entrepreneurs connect deeply, think clearly, and lead with purpose.

Dimi is a creative entrepreneur, engineer, and facilitator with a rare blend of startup grit and heart-led presence. As former CTO and co-founder of Swytch Bike ~ a startup that grew to 75 employees and £20M in annual revenue ~ he knows firsthand what it takes to build something meaningful under pressure.
He now brings that experience into the room as a facilitator, helping founders think more clearly, lead more authentically, and build from a place of genuine alignment rather than survival mode. Dimi blends technical precision with embodied wisdom, creating spaces where real conversations happen and real momentum follows.
Ivey — Inner Freedom & Vitality Coach
Ivey is a holistic well-being coach, somatic practitioner, and facilitator for leaders, creatives, and founders who are ready to stop abandoning themselves to perform ~ and start building from the inside out!
With an MSc in Psychology from McGill, ICF certification, and training in Somatic Attachment and IFS-informed somatic trauma therapy, her work blends depth with grounded, human connection. She helps people understand the subconscious patterns running their lives, reconnect with what actually matters, and express their work in a way that finally feels true to them.
