​Jeff Li and John Kim tried to recruit each other. Then they built a recruiting company together.

​Their company, Paraform, helps teams fill hard roles through a network of specialized recruiters. More than 1,000 companies have used it, including Palantir, Rippling, and Decagon. In July, Paraform crossed $100 million in annualized revenue, just two years after its first dollar.

​We backed Jeff and John early, and they’ll be joining us at Fort Mason to talk about how they found the idea, what they tried before it worked, and what it takes to build a company while hiring is changing this fast. We’ll open it up for live Q&A after the conversation.
