About this session
Building a life in the Netherlands comes with a long list of invisible to-dos.
Admin that never really ends.
Appointments to schedule.
Forms to figure out.
Decisions to make.
Housing, work, health insurance, municipality processes, social life, daily logistics. Even when nothing is “wrong,” your mind stays partially occupied.
In this 60-minute online session, we create space to talk about that.
This is not therapy.
It is not a coaching session.
It is an open, lightly facilitated conversation where internationals can share what they are carrying, what feels heavy, and what actually helps in day-to-day life.
No pressure. No need to fix anything.
Listening is participating.
