​A Journey Back to Self was born from conversations between Anh, founder of Andulé, and artist Grace Sivek Donohoe.

​Together, we want to create a space where people can step out of everyday life for a moment, come to rest, and reconnect with themselves. While Andulé combines Modern Body Refinement with an intuitive approach to create more awareness, connection, self-expression, and self-awareness through events, Grace invites you to discover creativity, intuition, and connection through intuitive painting.

​Through the combination of connection and intuitive painting, we bring together relaxation, creativity, and community without pressure or expectations.
