Create From Alignment
Many creatives believe the pressure they feel means they need more discipline.
So they push harder.
Work longer.
Try to stay motivated.
But sometimes the real question is different.
Is the work you're building actually coming from alignment - or from something else?
Many of us unknowingly build parts of our lives trying to prove something, gain acceptance, or stay safe. Over time, that pressure can make the work feel heavy, forced, or disconnected.
This 90 minute workshop is an invitation to pause and explore where your work is truly coming from.
Through storytelling, guided reflection, small group dialogue, and live coaching, we’ll explore how to recognize when you're creating from pressure - and how to reconnect with the work that actually feels aligned.
What We'll Explore
• Why creative work sometimes begins to feel heavy or forced
• The difference between creating from alignment vs pressure
• How early patterns can shape the work we pursue
• How to recognize when you're proving something vs expressing something
• How to reconnect with work that feels true to you
